FAB Find: Team Body Project

Over the last few months, I embarked on creating new healthier routines for myself and my family.  For me, I was interested in getting back into a regular exercise routine.  While I was researching different options on working out, I found a great channel to follow on YouTube.  I really liked working out in the comforts of my home.

The channel is called TEAM BODY PROJECT.

I absolutely fell in love with Team Body Project over the last few months! Talk about a motivating and an awesome way to get in shape - this is it!

These videos are motivating with tons of options!  I can’t get enough of listening to Daniel & Alex’s British accents and quirky exercise names.  I think you will be motivated every time you do a routine and see results from exercising with these fitness gurus.

This is one of their signature statements you'll hear over and over again.  These are routines developed for real people.  And if you work at it, you will get real results. They actually sweat in the video and are doing the work out just like you. 

MOTIVATING

Daniel and Alex explain exercises and motivate you all the way through the video. It’s all about doing your personal best and going at your own pace. If you have to stop or switch an exercise, you can.  They cheer for you. “Come on, you can do it!” 

COUNT DOWN

Almost every video has timed exercise intervals at 20 second and 30 second with a 10 second rest in-between.  I loved knowing exactly how much time I had to go before a rest period. I could push myself or slow down to get to the end.

TONS OF WORKOUTS

I originally tried this cardio series because I was looking for a beginner cardio routine that wasn’t going to kill me after 20 minutes. It had been years since I really have done any cardio fitness so I was looking to ease into it. 

Team Body Project has many beginner cardio routines.  The series naturally progressed a little harder, every time I turned on a new video.  And if I didn’t like one, I had other choices. 

Whether you like a HIIT routine, straight cardio, fat burner, or my personal favorite - Boxing Abs!  They have tons of workouts to choose from.
